Nacho Chips

Party it up with this light and crispy version of Nacho Chips with Spring Home Spring Roll Pastry!

Ingredients List

  • Spring Home’ Spring Roll Pastry – 8.5 inch(thawed)*
  • Nacho Cheese 
  • Sour Cream
  • Turkey Bacon Bits
  • Spring Onions(chopped)

 

Preparation

  1. Based on the quantity required, layer multiple sheets of pastry and cut them into squares.
  2. Deep-fry at 185°C for about 1 minute or till they turn golden brown.(*Tip: Place each square into the cooking oil individually for an even deep-fry and to prevent them from sticking together)
  3. Remove the chips and drain oil.
  4. Squeeze and drizzle nacho cheese and sour cream atop of the chips.
  5. Sprinkle turkey bacon bits and chopped spring onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy. 
     

*Tip: Covering thawed pastry with a clean damp cloth helps to retain moisture in pastry.
