Roti Soup Bowl

Ingredients List

  • Spring Home’ Paratha(slightly thawed)
  • Soup of your choice
  • Egg wash
  • Chopped parsley(for garnish)

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Pour your preferred soup into a bowl till ¾ full.
  3. Cover opening with a piece of slightly thawed Paratha and seal the edges carefully.
  4. Apply egg wash on the Paratha surface evenly.
  5. Sprinkle some parsley bits on top to garnish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
