Ingredients List

  • Spring Home’ Paratha(slightly thawed)
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Cooked shrimps
  • Assorted lettuce

 

Preparation

  1. Fold a piece of slightly thawed Paratha into half.*
  2. Bake it for about 7 minutes till it turns golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and cut the pouch opening with a knife.
  4. Place cut hard-boiled egg, cooked shrimps and assorted lettuce in preferred way.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

 

*Alternative method: Directly bake or pan-fry(no cooking oil required) the Paratha till golden brown. Cut the Paratha into halves(each half represents one pouch). Place ingredients in the pouch as per above.
